Career and Leadership Development

Most students take advantage of the services of Career and Leadership Development as they develop their career plans, prepare their job search strategy, and seek intentional ways to get involved on campus. Staff assist students throughout their career development process, work with students seeking to develop their leadership skills, and help students develop the skills, behaviors and attitudes needed to succeed in the world of work. Career and Leadership Development offers numerous educational and social programs and events designed to connect students with each other and the campus at large. Students may meet individually with Career and Leadership Development staff to talk about various career and developmental issues.

The services of the Office of Career & Leadership Development (University Center 146) are available to graduate students as the need may arise. Many students take advantage of these services as they develop their job search strategies and prepare for interviews. Staff are available in person, online, and via telephone to provide advice to graduate students.
