UW-Whitewater at Rock County
Effective July 1, 2018 the 13 two-year campuses formerly known as the University of Wisconsin Colleges were integrated as branch campuses with seven of the University of Wisconsin System’s four-year universities comprehensive or research institutions. As part of this restructuring effort, the campuses known as UW-Rock County has become became a new branch campus of UW-Whitewater with a new College of Integrated Studies. Accreditation, administrative oversight, and reporting structures also formally transferred on July 1.
During the transition period of the 2018-19 academic year, the UW-Whitewater at Rock County campus will continue to follow the curriculum and academic policies published in the UW-Colleges 2017-18 Catalog. Beginning with the 2019-2020 academic year, the UW-Whitewater at Rock County campus will follow the academic and curriculum policies published in UW-Whitewater Course Catalog.
