Human Resource Management Certificate Requirements

A minimum of four courses (12 units) must come from the following courses:12
STAFFING & EVALUATION
CURRENT ISSUES IN COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
and not more than one course (2-3 units) can come from the following courses:2-3
PERSUASION AND NEGOTIATION STRATEGIES
BUSINESS ETHICS AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT
